Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty’s family of companies continued to grow last week as the Boca insurance agency announced the acquisition of Elton Porter Insurance Agency of Houston.

Through the acquisition Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty will add members of Elton Porter’s sales and service team to continue the growth of the Boca Insurance agency‘s significant marine and motorcycle insurance business.

“We are happy to have completed this acquisition. This is a really strong niche book of business with a concentration in motorcycle and marine. The Boca insurance agency continues to target high-quality independent agencies for continued growth and geographic expansion. Seeman Holtz announced the acquisitions of 24 companies in 2017. Since the beginning of this year, Seeman Holtz has announced the acquisitions of Xponent Employer Solutions of Scottsdale, Arizona; Fifth Avenue Healthcare Services of Tulsa; Missouri-based Tri-Star of Sikeston, Inc. DBA Self Insurance; andthe Federal Employee Insurance business of Federal Employee Services, LLC, of Edmond, Oklahoma.
