Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty solidified its foothold in the Midwest, as the Boca Insurance Agency announced the acquisition of First Choice Insurance Agency of Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

First Choice Insurance has served the Poplar BluffDexterCape GirardeauWappapelloDoniphanNeelyvillePerryville, and Caruthersville area for over 20 years. Led by Steve Phillips and his team, First Choice’s commitment to excellence and dedication to customer care have made it one of Missouri’s fastest-growing agencies.

First Choice is the second acquisition in Missouri for Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty so far this year.

The company announced the acquisitions of 24 companies in 2017. This year, the company has continued that growth. The Boca insurance agency has announced the acquisitions of Xponent Employer Solutions of Scottsdale, Arizona; Fifth Avenue Healthcare Services of Tulsa; Missouri-based Tri-Star of Sikeston, Inc. DBA Self Insurance; the Federal Employee Insurance business of Federal Employee Services, LLC, of Edmond, Oklahoma; and Elton Porter Insurance Agency of Houston. Earlier this Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty announced it had acquired the book of business from Affiliated Insurance Managers, Inc., headquartered in Morgan City, Louisiana.
