Boca insurance agency Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty continues to expand.

Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty has had a very busy summer spend acquiring companies throughout the country. In its latest acquisition, the Boca insurance agency has moved to beef up its presence in the Midwest.

The Boca insurance agency announced recently that it had acquired Asenbrenner Insurance Agency, Inc., headquartered in Shawano, WI. Asenbrenner Insurance Agency has served Wisconsin for almost 30 years. Led by John Asenbrenner, the company, which provides personal and commercial insurance,  is one of the fastest-growing insurance agencies in Wisconsin. Dedication to customer care and the ability to find the right coverage for every client have driven Asenbrenner’s growth.

Marshal Seeman, President of Seeman Holtz Property and Casualty, stated, “Adding Asenbrenner Insurance Agency will strengthen our existing footprint in the Midwest. With this addition, we are better able to consolidate carrier relationships to provide even better value to our clients.”

The Boca insurance agency’s recent acquisitions span include agencies in Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana and Florida, among other places.

Those acquisitions include Xponent Employer Solutions of Scottsdale, Arizona; Fifth Avenue Healthcare Services of Tulsa; Missouri-based Tri-Star of Sikeston, Inc. DBA Self Insurance; the Federal Employee Insurance business of Federal Employee Services, LLC, of Edmond, Oklahoma; and Elton Porter Insurance Agency of Houston; the book of business from Affiliated Insurance Managers, Inc., headquartered in Morgan City, Louisiana; and JEM Insurance Services, Inc. in Boca Raton, Fla.

“We plan on bringing the Asenbrenner team to work closely with David Anderson, out of our Green Bay offices. This acquisition fits perfectly with our expansion efforts in both commercial and personal lines insurance in the Midwest,” said Brett Williams, Vice President.

Seeman and Eric Holtz started Seeman Holtz in 1998 as a pre- and post-retirement planning firm. Since then, the Seeman Holtz family of companies has expanded to include coverage for home, life, auto, boat, private client and business insurance. And it continues to expand through acquisitions of high quality companies around the country.
