Through the acquisition Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty will add members of Elton Porter’s sales and service team to continue the growth of the Boca Insurance agency‘s significant marine and motorcycle insurance business.

Since the beginning of this year, Seeman Holtz has announced the acquisitions of Xponent Employer Solutions of Scottsdale, Arizona; Fifth Avenue Healthcare Services of Tulsa; Missouri-based Tri-Star of Sikeston, Inc. DBA Self Insurance; andthe Federal Employee Insurance business of Federal Employee Services, LLC, of Edmond, Oklahoma.
