Boca insurance company Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty has acquired several insurance companies across the country in the past several weeks.

On October 12, Rate Genius Inc. announced that Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty had bought RateGenius Insurance Agency, a Florida firm with a national network of specialized agencies. According to the press release:

Seeman Holtz‘ investment in these assets is an exciting opportunity, as it paves the way for a long-term partnership – allowing Seeman Holtz and RateGenius, Inc. to all better serve their customers with a broader scope of product offerings and continue to grow their respective portfolios.

Chris Brown, the CEO of RateGenius, Inc. said, “It’s a perfect fit. Our team worked hard to build a great insurance agency. To be a part of something so large in scale is exciting. The strategic nature of this partnership will not only benefit both companies, but more importantly, the consumers who value our service.”

On October 25, Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty announced the acquisition of Indianapolis-based Williams & Associates Insurance. According to the press release:

Serving IndianapolisWest Palm BeachSt. Louis, and El Paso since 1985, Scott Davis and team have been offering the right combination of programs and key personnel to bring customers the coverage they need at affordable prices.  Their proven success is expected to strengthen Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty’s foothold across the nation and to the Midwest.

The following day, Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty announced it had acquired Confimex Services Insurance, headquartered in Tomball, Texas. The press release states:

Serving all of the Tomball and Waller areas for 8 years now, they have been offering the perfect combination of high quality products and excellent customer service to their clients. Confimex provides auto, home, health, commercial, and life insurance products from a network of top lenders and insurance providers at the lowest prices. With local and national carriers at their disposal, their proven success will strengthen Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty’s presence across the nation. Confimex will be joining our Primera Capital team in Texas.

On Nov. 10, Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty announced it had acquired Check Out Insurance, LLC., headquartered in Dallas.

That latest acquisition is 22nd agency acquisition of the year for Seeman Holtz.
